- Phil spots a small
boat out in the middle of the ocean. Actually 90 miles off south
Cuba.
-
- The ships crew
also saw this boat. The Captain ordered the Paradise to TURN
AROUND and in compliance with International Law, to investigate
and offer assistance to the distressed vessel.

- The boat was about
24'-26' long, name "To Nasty 4 U", was registered to
a Florida man.
- No one was on
board. The US Coast Guard was notified. The boat broke mooring
in Florida and drifted out to sea for a few weeks. The rescue
process took a few hours.
