At Belize you tender into Belize City, do to shallow water the ship is anchored off an island several miles off shore.

We did not see anything in Belize. We got off the tender and directly onto the Dive boat.

 

 

Hugh Parkey's Dive operation, maybe a good one? Where they took us to dive for $130 for (2) tanks SUCKED. I think we dove around Turneffe Atoll. Lighthouse Reef is fantastic if you can get there.

This is a ship on-loading sugar cane from smaller boats. Several miles off Belize Harbor. The harbor is to shallow for ships to load or unload.

The trip from The Paradise to Belize was 45-50 minutes. The trip from Belize to the dive site was just over (1) hour. The diving at those spots was no better then Florida.

 

After some disappointing diving and after an hour trip back, we are delivered directly to the Paradise.
